My Name Is Mark! Daniel Perry

This story came to me as a result of my fascination with verses 51 and 52 of chapter 14 of the Gospel of Mark. The lines about the boy wrapped in linens. This boy was not mentioned in any other Gospel and I wondered for years about him. To satisfy my own curiosity, I thought about the possibilities of his "story" and wrote this as a result of researching the New Testament, politics, and society during the time Jesus walked and taught in the Temple. I truly hope you have enjoyed this piece of fiction and hopefully it has deepened an understanding of the politics and events of Holy Week, the week prior to the crucifixion.
