Serenity Estates, Port St. Lucie, Florida, 2018. A human skull, buried over twenty years earlier, has been uncovered by the construction crew of the new fifty-five plus housing development. Dynamite detective Lisa March, reluctantly teamed with a new, polar opposite partner, JoJo Worthington, is given the challenging assignment to figure out who the victim is and who was responsible for his death.
