Sandy McFerson's husband has been cheating on her for some time now. She finally confronts him and gets the beating of her life. When she demands a divorce he threatens to kill her if she files. Harvey Lassen lives across the street from the woman with whom Sandy McFerson's husband, Doug, is having the affair. Fascinated to know what kind of woman would have her husband cheating on her, Lassen decides to find out. With a little detective work, Sandy McFerson's story is revealed. In the process of learning about her, Lassen falls in love. He then plots to murder his neighbor and frame Douglas McFerson, thus leaving his wife available for him to pursue. Little does he know that she has an agenda of her own.
