Vincent is born and raised in the slums of Manhattan, New York City. At an early age, he becomes a well-known dancer and a Child Pioneer of TV. After an accident, which causes him to stop dancing, he becomes bold and mischievous and embarks upon a whirlwind series of daring adventures.
