Grieving isn't easy. In fact, it's one of the hardest things we will ever do. Finding A New Normal was written in the midst of my own grief, following the loss of our home in the Northern California Carr Fire. I want this book to be a memorial stone, a place of refuge, and a roadmap for people like you who find themselves in a season of loss.
