Most of us have a side table filled with family photos. Aly has one too. One evening as she passes by her table, she finds herself drawn to a picture. It captures her and before she knows it she is transported back in time, she is reliving the moment in the picture. Through this magical experience, she realizes that since the death of her husband, Marvin, she has been living her life through past memories or the anticipation of the future. Soon after, Marvin visits Aly in a dream and encourages her to follow her heart. With his encouragement, Aly shares her picture experience with her best friend Millie, and together they invent "The Picture Party." Aly discovers how to live in the present and by doing that, she still has time to make a difference.
