Joey Sabba, a twenty year veteran of the Two River Police Department, comes upon a fatal accident that just occurred on a deserted highway, to find both occupants dead and a duffel bag full of money and cocaine. Joey, a dedicated officer, makes a split second decision that changes his life forever. Because of his actions, he loses his partner and best friend, which begins a downward spiral that leaves him questioning his own moral obligations.
