Rancho Redux: Early Paintings & Sculpture Revisited
Larry Coffin
Revisiting early work is always a very rewarding event. Always revealing. Always rediscovering forgotten concepts. Little drawings and watercolors , some damaged ,torn. Fragments of broken, unfinished sculpture. The work has not changed but time has passed and you have . Now, you have a chance to take a second look. You re-view ,rethink and retrace them in your mind. Recreating and imagining them in a new set of processes, reappearing in a new light, transformed.
