Al E. Gateson
The unit known as Viper had been extremely busy, hunting down terrorist in every part of the world from the Philippines to America and from Europe to the missile East. After five years of success in halting numerous terrorist attacks throughout the globe before they could get started, certain members of the American senate decided to stop all funding to Viper because it wasn't the American way of dealing with Jihadist terrorists. With the stop of all American funding, the European contingent struggled with how to continue funding in these difficult economic times. Something had to be done to ensure that the unit continued its important work.
