"Doc" is the second book in the Jackson Series. In "Wildcat", the first book in the Jackson Series, Dr. Clark was the emergency room doctor when Trace fell off the horse. This book is Cassie and Dirk's story.

Cassie wasn't always a Christian. Her contact with Sam and Trace changed her life in more ways than one. Her family didn't like the choices that she had made in her life, but it was her life to live. So far, that life didn't include a man. One man did catch her eye because he was so good looking, but he irritated her to no end. Could that irritability actually be attraction?
