Every day we have to put our trust in something. We have learned from our childhood what to trust and in some cases who to trust. Trust always involves taking a risk. It can involve a sudden action, for example when someone wants you to help them cross the road and puts out their hand to hold. Trust can also be something that you gradually build up through days, weeks, or years, which you depend on, but even then trust can be broken with stressful consequences. This book looks at different aspects of trust. As the human race we show how we all put our trust in things and people which and this has helped us to progress. Through the different examples presented it is hoped that the reader may gain further trust in their lives as well as identify where problems with trusting may arise.
