Struggling to come to terms with a botched mission and the loss of the only person who made him feel like he had a home, black-ops agent Jasper Garros downs another beer alone at the bar when a familiar face walks through the door. Old friends are reaching out for favors that could get him killed, but when he already feels like there's nothing left to hang on to, at least a new mission offers Jasper a chance to make himself useful again. What Jasper doesn't realize is that this mission will put him on a crash course with powerful criminal forces that stretch from the slums up to elected offices.
