The poor dog is lost in the woods. How long has he been there? Where is his family? He thinks these things as he finds shelter under the nearest tree, as a storm is approaching. He is frightened and sad. He curls up under the tree, trying to stay safe from the storm. Will he ever be found?




Young children will be captivated by Milo's adventures, beginning with being lost in the woods, to finding his forever home. After being found and recovering from his long stay in the woods; to his stay at the shelter waiting to be adopted, Milo shows resilience and is an inspiration to all who meet him. His kind and loving nature even earns him a job at the shelter while waiting to be adopted! After suffering from a bad leg that will never heal, he still maintains a joy for life that is evident to all.
