After Guam is bombed, the entire world is on edge. Everyone knows that it's only a matter of time before the worst happens, even outside the United States. In Canada, Matt and his best friend Liam are trying to live a normal life in high school. But the dramas of high school life are suddenly eclipsed when Matt's mother is abducted. Having overheard his mother in her home office, Matt is the only one who knows that her disappearance may be linked to a cover-up involving the attack. As the war escalates and the search for his mother continues, Matt takes matters into his own hands as society itself begins to crumble.
