Light can be described as many different things, from energy, to matter, to life force, to love, to god, to power, to weight, to color, to feeling, to emotion. Light can describe inner wisdom or spirit as well as the energetic substance which brings shape and color to our experiences. With so many different meanings, each of us has a different experience with light, and what light means at any given moment. Light is the contrast to the shadows, and is also what creates the shadows. In this book we explore what light means to each of us and simultaneously using the shadows to see it more clearly. Users of the book look at the different ways light exists, and how we can use and adjust the light in our own lives. With light we can explore, experience, influence, and heal our experiences on this earth. To use this work-book use a white colored pencil or gel pen to write and draw. If you don't have white or choose to use a different color that works great too. Discover the light within our world, the light within yourself, and the light within this work-book. Simply write or draw your responses to the questions in the black areas of the pages.
