They were the vicious summer days of 1994. A small, yet growing city set in the prairie region of Canada became the setting for one of the most brutal series of murders in its history.



A group of strangers awake to find themselves chained to the walls of a blood splattered basement. One by one they begin to disappear, only to be reunited with their loved ones as a dismembered corpse, along with a message, from a man who calls himself Scorpio.



With criminals slipping through the fingers of a flawed justice system and one cop on a dedicated mission to bring it all down, rules will have to be broken.
