After the full implementation of the new Constitution of the World for a little while, the people will begin to replace the old top-down management style, and start working like a self-conducting orchestra. In long run, the objective is to have the people self-manage their activities, with minimal government help - then the government will become a small part-time organization, working only when is necessary (taxes, accidents, earthquakes, etc.), mostly with volunteers. Many of the millions of great world opportunities will work with self-management - we give just several dozens of examples, from Establishing a permanent peace and Transforming cities in capitals, to Maintenance of the World Government and Increasing global wealth. This self-management will generate a much greater productivity, prosperity and happiness for all.
