Nyla and Mark are high school sweethearts. After a year of marriage the successful couple decides to expand their family, but several failed attempts at conception send Nyla into a deep depression. At the advice of her therapist, Nyla joins a local gym where she befriends a pregnant stranger by the name of Alanna. Shortly after, Alanna disappears and all clues point to Nyla.
