Living an Authentic Life is a difficult concept, especially for people that experienced a trauma at an early age that might be something extremely intimate and not up for discussion. The reality is that by hiding from the truth, you are not progressing personally or professionally. My story is one that is unfortunately, not unique, however must be told. I've been a successful business leader for many years, however a secret from my youth almost destroyed me and my family. This book is a raw portrayal of my life and the lessons I've learned along the way. While this book is primarily intended to help those that have been impacted by a trauma in their lives, it is also assists anyone who is wanting to better their lives personally or professionally or may be dealing with someone in their lives suffering from trauma.
