Nowadays, measuring organization success and implementing effective strategies for success and performance improvement represent continuous challenges for managers, researchers and consultants and the wide variety of organizations rethinking their performance management and measurement systems by adopting the concept of Balanced Scorecards (BSC) as a new approach to strategic management system and performance measurement and control that aims to clarify strategy and to translate it into action and used by organizations as a tool to assess and manage organizational performance and to develop a performance evaluation structure including Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s) selection using an AHP and TOPSIS methodology for multi-criteria decision making analysis for screening, prioritizing, ranking or selecting a set of most significant KPI's that affect organization work.
