Decision Support System for Students Performance Analysis: Design and Implementation Danial Akhtar

Keeping in view the mission and objectives of creation of Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, the Decision Support System is to be Used to analyze the performance of the students on the basis of the previously available information and suggest improvements in the policy formulation and decision making. The system takes into account various academic and non-academic factors affecting students performance. The system then generates various reports based on these factors as required by the user. The system will be utilized by Faculty, Examination and Admission office at GIKI. The scheme is transportable with minor changes for other institutions.
