This work is constituted in the elaboration of a business plan for a civil construction waste company, bringing a differentiated and innovative proposal in this type of enterprise, which besides the sale and manufacture of fine aggregate made with recyclable material, will bring to the public a differentiated service, in an industrial environment. This business plan aims to demonstrate the feasibility of its development and application in the market, and the inclusion of an innovative product for building construction companies, with low production cost without compromising the final quality of the finish. This business plan was carried out based on the need for the innovative insertion of an ecologically correct by-product, thinking about a possible replacement of sand in civil construction, thus saving the environment and its degradation.
