After meeting with Jack Noble, things have been silent. Until Bear Logan receives a cryptic message that sends him to Chicago for a meeting. But Noble isn't there, and neither is anyone else. Bear soon finds himself teamed up with a green reporter who claims to have inside information about a brewing conspiracy that could have long-reaching ramifications.
