Perri are sister group Lori, Carol, Sharon and Darlene who recorded for Zebra and MCA records in the late 80s and early 90s. They were discovered by Pat Metheny and went on to tour and record as background vocalists for Anita Baker. This collection is taken from their solo albums and also includes an early cameo with The Yellow Jackets, and a solo Lori Perry recording from the Spike Lee movie soundtrack Do The Right Thing. Perri performs at Jazz Festivals around the world! Expansion. 2004.
